Egg Carton Labeling
The OVOWELL automatic egg carton labeling machine applies self-adhesive labels to plastic egg cartons or boxes in a controlled conveyor workflow. Top-surface and top-corner labeling can be reviewed with the carton format, label size, channel count and line speed. Final output, accuracy and carton handling depend on the selected configuration and samples.
Cartons enter the machine on a conveyor, are detected at the labeling station and receive a label at the defined position. A checking sensor and brush or roller pressing stage help keep the label attached before the carton is collected.

A servo-driven labeling head feeds the self-adhesive label and applies it to the top surface or top corner defined in the order review.

Label placement and adhesion should be reviewed with the actual carton, label roll and line speed. A short trial exposes surface, guide and changeover issues before a production release.
Approve the carton, label artwork, placement and adhesive before setting the machine as the production reference.

A labeler does not guarantee adhesion, packaging compliance or print quality by itself. Those outcomes depend on the carton surface, adhesive, label design, optional printer, line settings and acceptance test.
It is intended for plastic egg cartons or boxes when the carton surface, label and placement are confirmed through samples. Other packages require a separate compatibility review.
