Conveyor Washer
Operators place pallets onto the conveyor and collect them at the outfeed. This is the starting configuration for a straightforward washing route.
For reusable pallet workflows that need staged washing and a handling layout matched to the actual pallet.
Reusable Pallet Washing
The OVOWELL pallet washing machine uses separate pre-wash, main wash and rinse zones with filtered water reuse and stainless steel chain conveying. Standard conveyor washing, automatic infeed and outfeed, and special-height configurations can be reviewed against the pallet, soil load and site workflow.
The cleaning task stays the same, while loading, unloading, tunnel height and transfer points change with the pallet workflow.
Operators place pallets onto the conveyor and collect them at the outfeed. This is the starting configuration for a straightforward washing route.
Additional handling modules can be reviewed when pallet stacks or upstream and downstream conveyors must connect to the washing line.
Tunnel clearance, guides and nozzle positions can be reviewed for pallets that do not fit the standard reference format.
These configurations belong on one product page because they solve the same pallet-washing task. Final specifications must come from one selected configuration, not from combining values across separate quotations.
Each stage has a distinct function, followed by staged water reuse and routine access for cleaning.
Pallets enter the line and are stabilized by the conveyor and side guides.
Confirm pallet dimensions, weight and orientation.
The first zone removes loose debris and prepares adhered contamination for the main wash.
Confirm soil type and time between use and washing.
A dedicated high-duty pump supplies the main spray zone around pallet surfaces and openings.
Confirm deck pattern, runners and difficult areas.
The rinse zone follows the main wash using the cleanest stage water in the reviewed water route.
Confirm downstream cleanliness requirements.
Water moves through the staged tank arrangement, with filtration points that require routine inspection.
Confirm water quality, solids and cleaning schedule.
Pallets leave for manual collection, stacking or transfer to the next handling module.
Confirm discharge height and stack method.
| Selection point | Information to provide | Configuration impact |
|---|---|---|

Different formats can be reviewed, but the tunnel, guides and nozzle layout must be confirmed from dimensions and photos. Do not assume that one reference model fits every pallet.
Yes. The source materials include an automatic infeed and outfeed configuration. The stack format, transfer height and upstream or downstream equipment must be reviewed before defining the scope.
The reference line uses three tanks and staged water flow through washing and rinsing. Filtration and regular tank cleaning remain necessary, especially when pallets carry labels or heavy solids.
The reviewed configurations include a steam connection and automatic temperature control. Provide available steam pressure and target wash temperature before quotation.
Send pallet dimensions, material, weight, photos, soil load, target output, stack method, loading preference, power, water, steam, drainage and available space.
Use a crate-specific conveyor and spray arrangement for reusable boxes and handling crates.
Compare washing systems by the item, dimensions, contamination and required output.
Pallet-Specific Configuration
Send pallet dimensions, photos, material, weight, soil load, target output, handling method and site utilities. OVOWELL can review the tunnel, conveyor, washing stages and automatic handling options before quotation.
