Stage-Specific Spray Duty
Nozzle size and pressure can be arranged differently for pre-wash, main wash and rinse rather than treating every zone the same.
For farms, hatcheries and processing operations that need reusable plastic crates cleaned in a repeatable conveyor workflow.
Plastic Crate Washing
The OVOWELL plastic crate washing machine combines pre-washing, main washing and rinsing with three water tanks, automatic rotary filtration and stainless steel chain conveying. The crate washer is configured around crate dimensions, soil load, target output, heating method and site utilities.
Separate washing zones allow water quality, spray duty and filtration to be managed by stage instead of using one tank for the complete process.
Crates enter on a stainless steel chain conveyor with adjustable side guides.
Confirm crate width, height, length and loaded weight.
The first zone removes loose soil and starts softening residue before the main wash.
Confirm the typical contamination and time before washing.
Dedicated pumps and stainless steel nozzles provide the main spray duty around the crate surfaces.
Confirm internal ribs, handles and difficult-to-reach areas.
A separate rinse stage follows the main wash to remove loosened residue and wash solution.
Confirm rinse-water quality and downstream requirements.
Three automatic rotary filters and staged water reuse reduce the amount of solids returned to the spray circuit.
Confirm the soil type and cleaning schedule for the filters.
Washed crates leave the conveyor for manual collection or connection to the next handling step.
Confirm discharge height, direction and required automation.
Crate format and contamination determine the conveyor guides, spray coverage, speed, heating and filtration configuration.
| Selection point | Information to provide | Configuration impact |
|---|---|---|
| Crate format | Outside dimensions, material, weight and sample photos | Conveyor guides, tunnel clearance and nozzle arrangement |
| Soil load | Egg residue, feed, manure, food residue, labels or other contamination | Pre-wash duty, temperature, detergent and filtration |
| Target output | Crates per hour, peak return volume and operating hours | Conveyor speed and required line capacity |
| Utilities | Power, water, steam, drainage and exhaust conditions | Heating method, interfaces and installation plan |
| Handling | Manual or automatic infeed/outfeed and conveyor direction | Line scope and transfer height |
The reference quotation was reviewed for 420 x 630 x 260 mm and 420 x 630 x 170 mm crates. Other formats require dimensional confirmation before quotation.
These values describe the reviewed XXJ-4800 reference configuration. Final values are confirmed against the selected crate and project scope.

Nozzle size and pressure can be arranged differently for pre-wash, main wash and rinse rather than treating every zone the same.
Rotary filtration continuously separates captured solids from the circulating water route and supports routine filter cleaning.
Side guides are reviewed against the crate dimensions so containers remain stable through the washing tunnel.
Modular stainless steel piping, removable access sections and pull-out filtration points support inspection and maintenance.
The reference configuration was reviewed for 420 x 630 mm crates in two heights. Other crate formats can be evaluated after receiving dimensions, weight and photos. Tunnel clearance and guides should not be assumed from a product name alone.
These names are often used for the same industrial washing task. This page covers reusable plastic crates or boxes that move through a conveyor washing tunnel. The actual container dimensions and contamination determine the configuration.
The reviewed machine uses three tanks, staged water flow and automatic rotary filtration. Water quality still depends on the soil load, filter maintenance and the fresh-water requirement for the final rinse.
The reference configuration uses steam heating with automatic temperature control. Available steam pressure and the target washing temperature must be confirmed for the project.
Send crate dimensions, material, weight, photos, contamination type, target output, power, water, steam, drainage, installation area and required infeed or outfeed handling.
